The New York Times’s latest newsletter is not the usual stuff: it will deliver daily well-being challenges to its subscribers over the course of 30 days.

With this limited-run effort, the newspaper hopes to engage readers more creatively than with a trove of links to read. The daily letters will help readers build ‘healthy habits’, the paper says. And of course, they will help the Times build a closer relationship with people interested in personal development.

Because, yes, self-care is definitely a thing at the NYT, with a content offering that has already largely expanded during the last year.
